Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Eagle Tech Pros for managed IT services, cybersecurity, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Eagle Tech Pros provides managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, backup and recovery, network infrastructure, and helpdesk support to small and mid-sized businesses. The specific scope of services is defined in your service agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their IT environment, maintaining appropriate access credentials, and cooperating with our engineers. Clients retain ownership of all data and systems.

4. Payment Terms

Managed IT services are billed at a flat monthly rate as specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, network details, or security configurations to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eagle Tech Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all documentation, credentials, and configurations we hold on your behalf.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
